Returns Policy

Please be advised that under COD (Cash on Delivery) terms in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow opening the package before payment is made. You can only return the package after payment and delivery acknowledgment.

If you wish to return the package, notify us after payment and coordinate with our Customer Service team for the return process.

Important Notes:

Do not ask the courier to open the package; it's against COD regulations in Pakistan. At Muscle Max, we ensure high-quality, authentic products. If you are unsatisfied, contact us for a fair resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery, with the original invoice and if the product is unopened and unused.

Non-returnable items: open or used products, allergic reactions, discounted/promotional items, and near-expiry items. Products with missing serial numbers, tampered packaging, or missing labels cannot be returned. In case of out-of-stock exchanges, we offer store credit for your next purchase.

Exchange Procedure:

Contact our customer service at info@musclemaxnutrition.pk or 0092-316-0117495 within 7 days.

For exchanges, either visit our store or courier the product to our head office (customer covers shipping).

If returning via courier, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Exchange process is completed within 2–5 working days.
